The Tecnológico de Monterrey through its mission of “promoting the organization’s international competitiveness based in the knowledge, innovation and technological development” organize the fourth International Congress of Software Engineering and its Applications, CIISA 2010. The Tecnológico de Monterrey was the local host at the Software Engineering Process Group - Latin America 2004 and 2005, SEPG - LA. And organizer of CIISA 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009.  

           GENERAL OBJECTIVE

To contribute to the development and improvement of the software industry capabilities and competitiveness through the promotion of methodologies, techniques, models and practices in software engineering and its applications.
